Oh Baby! Fitness is excited to offer water classes at the Lifetime Fitness in Johns Creek, GA. Classes begin in mid-May.
Moms can choose from Pregnancy Water Aerobics or H2Oh Baby, our mom & baby water aerobics class. Both classes offer great water workouts for mom. Exercising in the water offers TWELVE TIMES the resistance of land-based exercise. It’s a serious workout! And for pregnant women, being in the water is awesome because you’re WEIGHTLESS. In your last trimester, the pool will be your favorite place to be.
The mom and baby water aerobics class offers a rigorous workout for mom while baby comes along in a floatie. Baby thinks they’re getting 45 minutes of mom-time, but mom is actually getting a great workout. If your baby likes bath time, they’ll definitely enjoy this class.. and we can guarantee that EVERYONE will have a great nap after this class is over. Mom AND Baby!! Dads, grandparents, and partners are welcome to attend the H2Oh Baby class for free. Only one relative per class, please, and the rule is they must exercise!!

Hi, when can I start with this class, how old should be my baby?
for H2Oh Baby, your baby should be at least 12 pounds and able to hold his/her head up. The baby is in a float for the majority of the class. Even if they’re not able to sit up on their own, they should be able to hold their head up. The class is a great workout for Mom, and super fun for baby. Great way to get your child acclimated to the water.
